Making a complaint

The Police and Crime Commissioner wishes to ensure that a complaint about any aspect of the services provided by his office or on his behalf is resolved as soon as possible.

Complaints about Independent Custody Visitors

The Office for Policing and Crime is responsible for independent custody visitors who make independent welfare checks on people detained in police custody.
