West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner Bob Jones places a high
priority on reducing business crime, as a driver for growth and
employment. Only by engaging with businesses can policing and
community safety activities be appropriately tailored.
The event will include:
Superintendent Sally Bourner, Silver lead for West
Midlands Police on business crime who will give an update on the
Force's performance and new developments in preventing and reducing
business crime .
Finance Officer Mike Williams will consult attendees
on the proposed level of Precept and the budget for policing in the
West Midlands Force area.
Connor will reflect on the dialogue between the Office of
Policing and Crime and business representatives during the past
twelve months and how this feeds into the review of the
Commissioners Police and Crime Plan.
