Audit of accounts 2013-14 - Public right of inspection

As part of the 2013-14 annual audit of the accounts for the West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner and the Chief Constable of West Midlands Police, members of the public have the following rights:

  • From 23 June 2014 to 18 July 2014 between 9:00am and 5:00pm on weekdays any person interested may inspect the accounts of the Police and Crime Commissioner for West Midlands and the Chief Constable of West Midlands Police for the year ended 31 March 2014 
  • From 9:00am on 21 July 2014 until the conclusion of the audit process, a local government elector for the area of the Police and Crime Commissioner for West Midlands and the Chief Constable of West Midlands Police, or his/her representative, may ask the auditor questions about the accounts
  • From 9:00am on 21 July 2014 until the conclusion of the audit process, a local government elector for the area of the Police and Crime Commissioner for West Midlands and the Chief Constable of West Midlands Police, or his/her representative, may object to the accounts of the Police and Crime Commissioner for West Midlands and the Chief Constable of West Midlands Police

The accounts will be available for inspection at West Midlands Office for Policing and Crime, Lloyd House, Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham B4 6NQ.
