| There have been two Sec 60 authorised recently, due to the murder in High St Walsall in the early hours of 28/01/23 where weapons were used to inflict injuries that are believed to be the cause of the fatality. Due to further intelligence and incidents reported and concern around community tensions it is believed further incidents of serious violence could occur. |
