To deliver policing and crime reduction across the West Midlands the PCC is required to produce a strategy on how money will be invested and how debt will be managed.

The annual investment strategy, below, details these arrangements. The Independent Audit Committee reviews the strategy and receives reports on a regular basis.

Annual Investment Strategy 2023-24
