A Victims Fund bringing benefits to victims of crime is being re-opened by West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner David Jamieson.
The Victims Fund was set-up to improve victims’ services and to help organisations deliver vital services supporting victims of crime in the West Midlands
£200,000 is available for organisations who provide support to victims of crime helping them to cope with the trauma of what has happened to them cope and recover from the impact.
Individual applications can be made or organisations can apply together as a partnership.

West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner David Jamieson said,
“Putting victims first is a key priority. I want to make sure that victims of crime have the right support when they need it.
“I would urge organisations from across the region to apply for funding so we can work together to support vulnerable victims of crime in the West Midlands.
“The Victims Fund is available to organisations who support victims and help them to cope and recover.”
The closing date for applications has been extended to June 19th at 5pm.
