Speaking about the attack in Nice on July 14, West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner David Jamieson said: “This was a massacre of innocent people celebrating a national holiday with their loved ones.
“The information and images coming out of Nice today are truly heart-breaking and my thoughts are with all those touched by this tragedy.
“We all stand in solidarity with the French people. Together, we must unite to show hate and fear cannot – and will not – win.”
