WMPCC Pathfinder Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) 2024-2025

The West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner is seeking a delivery partner to support the provision of Domestic Abuse (DA) support services within the Birmingham Family Court in relation to private law proceedings.

Pathfinder / IDAC (Integrated Domestic Abuse Courts) are an innovative approach to private law proceedings in family courts which brings in domestic abuse (DA) agencies to work alongside HMCTS and Cafcass / Cafcass Cymru to provide crucial support to children and families at an earlier point in proceedings.

The grant available to deliver support in Birmingham is £200,667 for 2024/25.
